These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between pak222 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses the pak222 platform at pak222.bet and all associated sub-domains, mobile interfaces, and services (collectively, "the Platform").

By completing the registration process, clicking any acceptance checkbox, or by simply accessing any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms & Conditions apply concurrently with any additional rules, policies, and guidelines published on the Platform, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules. In the event of a conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any supplemental document, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless the supplemental document expressly states otherwise.

To register and maintain an active account on pak222, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. pak222 operates a strict 21+ policy across all products and services.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of pak222 or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or payment processing partners.
• You have not previously been self-excluded, suspended, or permanently banned from pak222 or any affiliated gaming platform.
• The personal information you provide during registration is accurate, current, and complete.

pak222 reserves the right to require documentary proof of eligibility at any stage, including but not limited to a government-issued CNIC, passport, or other acceptable identity document. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending review.

Each registered user is permitted to hold exactly one (1) account on the pak222 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by any single individual — regardless of the device, IP address, payment method, or personal details used — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. pak222 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to adequately safeguard your credentials.

You must notify pak222 support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. pak222 may temporarily suspend your account as a precautionary measure pending investigation of a reported security concern.

Account balances, bonus credits, and accumulated loyalty points are non-transferable and have no monetary value outside of the pak222 Platform. They may not be sold, gifted, or transferred to another user under any circumstances.

Inactive accounts — those with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months — may be subject to a monthly dormancy administration fee. pak222 will provide reasonable prior notice via the registered email address before any dormancy fee is applied.

All financial transactions on pak222 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Raast. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at pak222's sole discretion.

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. Individual withdrawal minimum and maximum limits are displayed within your account dashboard and may vary by payment method and account verification status. pak222 reserves the right to amend these limits at any time with reasonable notice.

All withdrawal requests must be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the pak222 account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances. This is an anti-money laundering (AML) requirement and is non-negotiable.

• Deposits are generally credited to your pak222 account within minutes of successful confirmation from your payment provider.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. Mobile wallet withdrawals (JazzCash, EasyPaisa) typically process within five (5) minutes during business hours. Bank transfers may take one to three (1–3) business days.
• pak222 may conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) verification checks before processing withdrawals, particularly for first withdrawals or unusually large amounts. You agree to cooperate fully with any such verification request.
• Deposits made in error or under circumstances of unauthorised account access must be reported to support immediately. pak222 is not responsible for deposits made using compromised credentials where you failed to promptly report the compromise.

pak222 offers various promotional incentives to eligible registered users, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms associated with each promotion, which are published at the time the promotion is offered.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by players who have fully verified their account identity and age.
• Each promotion is available once per household, IP address, device, and payment account unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement, which must be completed before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute a lower percentage, and certain games may be excluded entirely. Refer to the specific promotion for contribution rates.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Any unwagered bonus balance or winnings derived from an expired bonus will be removed from your account automatically upon expiry.
• pak222 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend bonus terms, or cancel a promotional campaign at any time, with or without prior notice, where circumstances reasonably require it.

Abuse of the bonus system — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using third-party funds to meet wagering requirements, or employing low-risk betting strategies designed purely to clear bonus conditions — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. pak222 may void bonuses and associated winnings, and terminate accounts where bonus abuse is identified.

The use of any pak222 product — including the casino, sportsbook, lottery, and live dealer services — is governed by game-specific rules published within each product section. Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before participating.

With respect to sports betting, including cricket, PSL markets, T20, and other supported events:

• All bets are accepted at pak222's sole discretion. pak222 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet for any reason, including but not limited to: clearly erroneous odds, system errors, or suspicion of match manipulation.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to market availability. Connection issues or platform delays that affect bet placement are the user's responsibility where they result from factors outside pak222's direct control.
• Where a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, pak222's settlement rules for that event type will apply. These rules are published in the sportsbook help section.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all markets and are displayed at the point of bet placement. pak222 may apply individual account-level bet limits where it reasonably determines this to be necessary.

Casino games, slot machines, and live dealer products are governed by the certified RNG and RTP parameters published by the respective game provider. pak222 does not modify game outcomes. All game results are final once the round is completed and confirmed on-screen.

pak222 is committed to providing a fair and secure gaming environment for all users. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with games, or gain any unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, system glitches, or incorrect odds resulting from technical malfunctions. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected system error are void.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer games, or any other multi-player environment to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the pak222 Platform, software, or security infrastructure.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward pak222 staff or other platform users via chat, support channels, or any other medium.

pak222 employs advanced fraud detection systems that monitor all account activity. Detection of any prohibited conduct will result in immediate investigation, during which account access and funds may be suspended. All investigative decisions made by pak222 are final.

The collection, storage, and use of your personal data by pak222 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also acknowledge and accept the terms of the Privacy Policy.

pak222 collects personal information necessary to provide its services, verify user identity, process transactions, and comply with applicable legal and licensing obligations. This includes, but is not limited to, your name, date of birth, address, CNIC details, contact information, and financial transaction records.

pak222 will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, fraud prevention services, and regulatory authorities as required by our licensing obligations or applicable law. All content on the pak222 Platform, including but not limited to the pak222 brand name, logo, domain name, website design, software, text, graphics, game assets, promotional materials, and user interface elements, is the exclusive intellectual property of pak222 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only, strictly in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, reproduction, distribution, modification, or public display of any pak222 content without prior written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of pak222's intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose the infringing party to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pak222, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill — arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability.

pak222's total aggregate liability to any user in respect of any claim arising from or in connection with this Agreement or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user into their pak222 account in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pak222 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or events outside pak222's reasonable control ("force majeure") may temporarily affect access. pak222 will not be liable for losses resulting from such interruptions where reasonable steps were taken to restore service.

pak222 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A breach of any provision of this Agreement has occurred or is reasonably suspected.
• The account has been used for fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity.
• Verification documents have not been provided within a reasonable timeframe.
• A self-exclusion request has been received from the account holder.
• pak222 is required to do so by a regulatory authority, court order, or law enforcement agency.
• The continued operation of the account presents an unacceptable risk to the integrity of the Platform or to the interests of other users.

Users may request account closure at any time by contacting pak222 support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable bonuses that have not met their wagering conditions) will be returned to the user's verified payment method within a reasonable processing period, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

In the event of account closure due to a material breach of this Agreement, pak222 reserves the right to withhold some or all account balances pending investigation and outcome determination. Users will be notified of the outcome and any appeals process available to them.

pak222 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pak222 will provide notice to registered users via the email address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform. The effective date of any revision will be updated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11 of this Agreement.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to remain informed of any updates. pak222 recommends bookmarking this page and checking it whenever you receive a notification of changes.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pak222 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to pak222's internal dispute resolution process.

To initiate a formal dispute, you must contact pak222 support in writing, clearly describing the nature of the complaint and the resolution sought. pak222 will acknowledge your complaint within two (2) business days and provide a substantive response within fourteen (14) business days.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process to your reasonable satisfaction, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body designated under pak222's licensing authority. Details of the applicable escalation body are available from the pak222 support team upon request.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
